My Wife's Birthday Dinner

Yum
Last night was my wife's birthday and I offered to take her out to dinner, but she asked that I cook steak for her instead.  Of course I obliged and was flattered at her request!

Picked up 4 beef tenderloins totalling just over 3lbs, so they averaged about 12oz a piece.

Seasoned with Kosher salt and fresh cracked pepper.

Fired up the grill and started grilling a whole red onion and a red bell pepper that had been marinated in Zesty Italian Dressing

Once the onion and pepper were almost done I added the tenderloin

Flipped after 2 minutes

Moved to indirect and added aspargus that had been marinated in Zesty Italian Dressing

Everything is almost done and I'm making room for the scallops

Scallops were marinated in olive oil and Wolfe Rub Citrus

Dinner is served

We also had salted baked potatoes (my plate)

Perfectly done :-)
