Ingredients
- 1 lb - Jumbo Lump Crab Meat
- 4 - Eggs (beaten)
- 1/2 Cup - Heavy Cream
- 1/4 Cup - Chives (finely chopped)
- 1 TBS - Dill (finely chopped)
- 1/4 Cup - Marscapone Cheese
- 1/2 tsp - Old Bay Seasoning
- 1/4 Cup - Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese
- 9" - Pie Shell
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions
- Pre-Cook Pie Shell for 8-10 minutes in 400º oven.
- Mix all ingredients together except crab meat.
- Gently fold in crab meat.
- Pour mixture into pie shell and sprinkle with Parmigiano Reggiano cheese.
- Bake in a 400º oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and the eggs are set.
- Let cool 10-15 minutes before serving
