Crab Quiche Recipe - How to make a Quiche!!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb - Jumbo Lump Crab Meat
  • 4 - Eggs (beaten)
  • 1/2 Cup - Heavy Cream
  • 1/4 Cup - Chives (finely chopped)
  • 1 TBS - Dill (finely chopped)
  • 1/4 Cup - Marscapone Cheese
  • 1/2 tsp - Old Bay Seasoning
  • 1/4 Cup - Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese
  • 9" - Pie Shell
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions
  • Pre-Cook Pie Shell for 8-10 minutes in 400º oven.
  • Mix all ingredients together except crab meat.
  • Gently fold in crab meat.
  • Pour mixture into pie shell and sprinkle with Parmigiano Reggiano cheese.
  • Bake in a 400º oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and the eggs are set.
  • Let cool 10-15 minutes before serving
