Teriyaki Chicken Wings - Homemade Teriyaki Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup - Mirin
  • 1/4 Cup - Sake
  • 1/4 Cup - Japanese Soy Sauce
  • 2 TBS - Brown Sugar
  • 1 TBS - Fresh Ginger 
  • 1 TBS - Fresh Garlic
  • 3.5 lbs - Chicken Wings (separated)
Directions
  • Combine all ingredients in a 1 gallon zip loc bag or seal-able container.
  • Refrigerate 8-12 hours or overnight.  The longer the better.
  • Set up grill for indirect grilling.
  • Grill wings @ 400ยบ flipping every 10 minutes for 35-40 minutes or until cooked through.
