- 1 lb - Sirloin chunks
- 1 lb - 80/20 Ground Beef
- 2 TBS - Vegetable Oil
- 1 Cup - Chopped Onion
- 1 Cup - Chopped Bell Pepper
- 1 - Large Chopped Jalapeno
- 2 TBS - Minced Garlic
- 12 oz - Beer
- 28 oz - Can Whole Tomatoes (undrained)
- 2 - 15 oz - Cans Kidney Beans (undrained)
- 4 TBS - Chili Powder
- 1 TBS - Oregano
- 2 TBS - Granulated Garlic
- 2 TBS - Granulated Onion
- 1 tsp - Black Pepper
- 1 TBS - Cumin
- 1 tsp - Salt
Directions
- In a large pot over med-high add vegetable oil and brown the meat for 3-4 minutes.
- Add onions, bell pepper, jalapeno, garlic and saute for 2 minutes.
- Add remaining ingredients, bring to a boil, stir, cover and reduce heat to med-low.
- Simmer for 1-1.5 hours.

Looks great. Could I substitute the beer for somthing else though? I would add it in but I live in a clean and sober house and im cooking for the house. -Drew
