- 20 oz - Ground Turkey
- 1 Cup - Yellow Onion (chopped)
- 1 Cup - Bell Pepper
- 4 - Garlic Cloves (chopped)
- 1 TBS - Oregano
- 1 TBS - Granulated Onion
- 1 TBS - Granulated Garlic
- 1 TBS - Ground Cumin
- 4 TBS - Chili Powder
- 1 tsp - Salt
- 2 tsp - Black Pepper
- 2 tsp - Chicken Base
- 15 oz - Can of Corn (drained)
- 15 oz - Can of Diced Tomatoes
- 12 oz - Mexican Beer
- 30 oz - Black Beans (drained and rinsed)
- 2 TBS - Olive Oil
Directions
- Add olive oil to a large skillet over medium high heat and brown the ground turkey for 5 minutes.
- Add onion, garlic and bell pepper and continue to cook for 2-3 minutes until the vegetables begin to sweat.
- Add all of the remaining ingredients, mix well and bring to a light boil.
- Reduce heat to med-low, cover and continue to cook for one hour.
- Serve with shredded cheese, jalapenos and sour cream!
