- 1 lb - Calamari Rings
- 1/2 tsp - Salt
- 1 tsp - Black Pepper
- 1/2 Cup - Flour
- 1/2 Cup - Marinara Sauce
- 2 Cups - Vegetable Oil
- Combine calamari, salt, pepper and flour and mix until well coated.
- Fry in 350º oil for 1 minute, just until golden brown. They will overcook very easily.
- Drain on paper towels and sprinkle with salt as soon as they come out of the oil.
- Serve with your favorite marinara sauce.
