Old Bay Beer Can Chicken on The Grill Dome

  • 1/2 Cup - Old Bay Seasoning
  • 6 oz - Beer
  • 6 oz - Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 TBS - Olive Oil
  • Season chicken very liberally with half of the Old Bay, on the skin and under the skin.
  • In a chicken sitter or beer can combine, beer, vinegar and Old Bay.
  • Light grill for indirect cooking, add apple wood and place steaming liquid in the grill and preheat to 350º.
  • Cook for 45-60 minutes or until the breast reaches 160º.
  • Let the chicken rest 15-20 minutes before slicing.
