- 1.5 lbs - Chicken Thighs (cut into bite size pieces)
- 1 lb - Spaghetti (cooked and thoroughly rinsed)
- 1/2 Cup - Green Onions (chopped)
- 1/2 Cup - Bell Pepper (sliced)
- 1/2 Cup - Celery (sliced)
- 1/2 Cup - Carrots (sliced)
- 1/2 Cup - Mushrooms
- 2 tsp - Sesame Oil
- 2 TBS - Hoisin Sauce
- 2 TBS - Lite Soy Sauce
- 2 TBS - Minced Garlic
- 1 TBS - Minced Ginger
- 1 TBS - Vegetable Oil
Directions
- Heat griddle or wok over high heat, add oil and stir fry chicken for 2-3 minutes.
- Add garlic, ginger and 1 tsp sesame oil, continue to stir fry 2-3 minutes.
- Add bell pepper, celery, carrots, mushrooms and stir fry 1-2 minutes.
- Add pasta 1 tsp sesame oil, soy sauce and hoisin sauce, stir fry 1-2 minutes.
- Add green onions, stir fry 1 minute.
