Chicken Lo Mein - Mongolian BBQ Style

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs - Chicken Thighs (cut into bite size pieces)
  • 1 lb - Spaghetti (cooked and thoroughly rinsed)
  • 1/2 Cup - Green Onions (chopped)
  • 1/2 Cup - Bell Pepper (sliced)
  • 1/2 Cup - Celery (sliced)
  • 1/2 Cup - Carrots (sliced)
  • 1/2 Cup - Mushrooms
  • 2 tsp - Sesame Oil
  • 2 TBS - Hoisin Sauce
  • 2 TBS - Lite Soy Sauce
  • 2 TBS - Minced Garlic
  • 1 TBS - Minced Ginger
  • 1 TBS - Vegetable Oil
Directions
  • Heat griddle or wok over high heat, add oil and stir fry chicken for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add garlic, ginger and 1 tsp sesame oil, continue to stir fry 2-3 minutes.
  • Add bell pepper, celery, carrots, mushrooms and stir fry 1-2 minutes.
  • Add pasta 1 tsp sesame oil, soy sauce and hoisin sauce, stir fry 1-2 minutes.
  • Add green onions, stir fry 1 minute.
