Carolina Taco Dogs

Yum
Chili Ingredients
1.5 lbs - 80/20 Ground Beef
1 Cup - Water
1/2 Cup - Ketchup
2 TBS - Dried Minced Onions
2 TBS - Chili Powder
1 TBS - Granulated Garlic
1 tsp - Black Pepper
1 tsp - Cumin
1/2 tsp - Salt
1 tsp - Oregano

Cole Slaw Ingredients
1 Cup - Mayonnaise
1/3 Cup - Apple Cider Vinegar
2 tsp - Black Pepper
1 tsp - Salt
1 tsp - Sugar
1 - Head Cabbage (sliced)
1.5 Cups - Carrots (shredded)

Chili Instructions
1.  In a medium skillet brown ground beef (do not drain fat)
2.  Add remaining ingredients, mix well and simmer on low with the lid off for 45 minutes or until thickened.

Cole Slaw Instructions
1. Combine mayonnaise, vinegar, pepper, sugar and salt until well mixed
2.  In a large bowl pour dressing over cabbage and carrots and mix thoroughly.
3.  Refrigerate at least one hour or overnight.

Taco Dogs
Taco shell, hot dog, onions, chili and cole slaw!  Enjoy!
