Corned Beef Recipe
- 3lb - Corned Beef (flat cut)
- 8-12oz - Guinness Extra Stout
- 4 TBS - Wolfe Rub Original BBQ Seasoning
Directions
- Place corned beef on a raised rack in a baking pan
- Pour just enough Guinness to cover the bottom of the pan
- Cover with foil and bake for 2.5-3 hours
- Let rest 10 minutes, trim excess fat and slice perpendicular to the grain
- Rye bread, Swiss cheese, sauerkraut and Russian or Thousand Island dressing
