Chinese Pork and Mixed Vegetables

Chinese Pork with Mixed Vegetables Recipe
  • 1lb - Pork Loin (sliced thin)
  • 3 cups - Sliced Cabbage
  • 3 cups - Broccoli (florets)
  • 1 cup - Yellow Onion (sliced)
  • 1 cup - Bell Pepper (sliced)
  • 1 cup - Chicken Stock 
  • 1 tsp - Sesame Oil
  • 3 TBS - Minced Garlic
  • 2 TBS - Oyster Sauce
  • 1 TBS - Soy Sauce
  • 3 cups - Broccoli
  • 1 tsp - Black Pepper
  • 2-3 TBS Vegetable Oil
  • 2TBS - Corn Starch
Directions
  • In a wok or large frying pan heat over high heat, add oil
  • Once oil begins to smoke add in pork and sesame oil and stir fry 2-3 minutes
  • Add in cabbage, stir fry 2 minutes
  • Add in remaining ingredients except broccoli and chicken stock, stir fry 1 minute
  • Add in Chicken stock and 50/50 cornstarch to water slurry to thicken, stir
  • Add in broccoli during the last 2-3 minutes of cooking for crisp beautiful broccoli
  • Serve over rice and enjoy
