Chinese Pork with Mixed Vegetables Recipe
- 1lb - Pork Loin (sliced thin)
- 3 cups - Sliced Cabbage
- 3 cups - Broccoli (florets)
- 1 cup - Yellow Onion (sliced)
- 1 cup - Bell Pepper (sliced)
- 1 cup - Chicken Stock
- 1 tsp - Sesame Oil
- 3 TBS - Minced Garlic
- 2 TBS - Oyster Sauce
- 1 TBS - Soy Sauce
- 3 cups - Broccoli
- 1 tsp - Black Pepper
- 2-3 TBS Vegetable Oil
- 2TBS - Corn Starch
Directions
- In a wok or large frying pan heat over high heat, add oil
- Once oil begins to smoke add in pork and sesame oil and stir fry 2-3 minutes
- Add in cabbage, stir fry 2 minutes
- Add in remaining ingredients except broccoli and chicken stock, stir fry 1 minute
- Add in Chicken stock and 50/50 cornstarch to water slurry to thicken, stir
- Add in broccoli during the last 2-3 minutes of cooking for crisp beautiful broccoli
- Serve over rice and enjoy
