Breakfast Wrap
- 1 - Flour Tortilla Burrito Shell
- 1/2 cup - Ham (cut into small pieces)
- 1 1/2 Cup - Fresh Spinach
- 1/4 Cup - Swiss Cheese
- 1 TBS - Olive Oil
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 tsp - Granulated Garlic
- Pepper to taste
Directions
- In a medium skillet heat olive oil over medium heat
- Saute' ham just until it turns golden
- Add egg, pepper and garlic and scramble in with ham for one minute
- Add the spinach, turn off the heat and fold in the spinach until it begins to wilt
- Add in cheese and stir
- Wrap into a burrito size flour tortilla and light toast to warm through
- Enjoy
