Breakfast Wrap

  • 1 - Flour Tortilla Burrito Shell
  • 1/2 cup - Ham (cut into small pieces)
  • 1 1/2 Cup - Fresh Spinach
  • 1/4 Cup - Swiss Cheese
  • 1 TBS - Olive Oil
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 tsp - Granulated Garlic
  • Pepper to taste
Directions
  • In a medium skillet heat olive oil over medium heat
  • Saute' ham just until it turns golden
  • Add egg, pepper and garlic and scramble in with ham for one minute
  • Add the spinach, turn off the heat and fold in the spinach until it begins to wilt
  • Add in cheese and stir
  • Wrap into a burrito size flour tortilla and light toast to warm through
  • Enjoy
