Beef Sandwich Recipe
- 2lbs - Chuck (stew meat or roast is fine)
- 1 can - Diet Dr. Pepper (Cola or leftover coffee will also work)
- 2 - Beef Bouillon Cubes
- 2 - Bay Leaves
- 1 TBS - Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/4 Cup - Dried Minced Onion
- 2 tsp - Black Pepper
- 2 tsp - Granulated Garlic
Directions
- Brown meat over med-high heat until it has a nice caramelization
- Add in remaining ingredients, reduce heat to med-low, cover and simmer 1.5 - 2 hours
- Once the meat is fork tender, it's ready
- Serve on a hearty roll with lots of juice, top with mozzarella cheese, caramelized onions and sport peppers
