Beef Sandwiches

Beef Sandwich Recipe
  • 2lbs - Chuck (stew meat or roast is fine)
  • 1 can - Diet Dr. Pepper (Cola or leftover coffee will also work)
  • 2 - Beef Bouillon Cubes
  • 2 - Bay Leaves 
  • 1 TBS - Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/4 Cup - Dried Minced Onion
  • 2 tsp - Black Pepper
  • 2 tsp - Granulated Garlic
Directions
  • Brown meat over med-high heat until it has a nice caramelization
  • Add in remaining ingredients, reduce heat to med-low, cover and simmer 1.5 - 2 hours
  • Once the meat is fork tender, it's ready
  • Serve on a hearty roll with lots of juice, top with mozzarella cheese, caramelized onions and sport peppers
