Breakfast Burritos

Breakfast Burrito Recipe
  • 1lb - Breakfast Sausage
  • 1/2 Cup - Yellow Onion (diced)
  • 1/2 Cup - Bell Pepper (diced)
  • 10 - Eggs
  • 1 TBS - Garlic
  • 1/2 tsp - Salt
  • 1 tsp - Pepper
  • 1 tsp - Chili Powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Cumin
  • 1 cup - Mexican Blend Cheese
  • 5 - Burrito Size Flour Tortillas
Directions
  • Brown Sausage thoroughly and drain most of the grease (reserve 1 TBS)
  • To the sausage add the onion, bell pepper and garlic, saute' until vegetables are tender
  • Add eggs,salt, pepper, chili powder and cumin, thoroughly incorporate all ingredients
  • Cook until eggs are 75% done, then remove from heat and fold in cheese
  • Roll up burritos, then lightly toast in a pan
  • Serve with your favorite salsa and/or hot sauce
