Breakfast Burrito Recipe
- 1lb - Breakfast Sausage
 - 1/2 Cup - Yellow Onion (diced)
 - 1/2 Cup - Bell Pepper (diced)
 - 10 - Eggs
 - 1 TBS - Garlic
 - 1/2 tsp - Salt
 - 1 tsp - Pepper
 - 1 tsp - Chili Powder
 - 1/2 tsp - Cumin
 - 1 cup - Mexican Blend Cheese
 - 5 - Burrito Size Flour Tortillas
 
Directions
- Brown Sausage thoroughly and drain most of the grease (reserve 1 TBS)
 - To the sausage add the onion, bell pepper and garlic, saute' until vegetables are tender
 - Add eggs,salt, pepper, chili powder and cumin, thoroughly incorporate all ingredients
 - Cook until eggs are 75% done, then remove from heat and fold in cheese
 - Roll up burritos, then lightly toast in a pan
 - Serve with your favorite salsa and/or hot sauce
