    Looks awesome. Did you modify the lower grate on your grill so the lump charcoal does not fall through?

  2. Hi Steve, sorry it took so long to reply. The only modification I did was buy another charcoal grate and put it on top of the stock grate. This creates a 'cross hatch' (smaller holes) so the little pieces of coal do not fall through. You can also use expanded metal if you have a good source, just ensure it's not galvanized.
