Snapper Sammich

Yum
My intent was to eat bad lastnight and today. I also wanted to do a couple dozen grilled clams with butter, but no clams were to be had.

Got into my redundant ways and did potato wedges again. Tossed in EVOO, Salt, Pepper, Parsley, Oregano and garlic.

30 minutes later, I added the corn for a few minutes.

Snapper filets cut in half, seasoned with EVOO and Tony Cachere's.

Sammich served with homemade tartar sauce, avocado, lettuce, tomato and onion.
