Veggie Time of the Year

Yum
I made a pesto style marinate for the vegetables. Consisted of garlic, salt, pepper, EVOO, oregano, basil and thyme. Blended all together and coated the veggies with it. Very tasty!

Sirloins coated with Wolfe Rub Bold. Grilled 3 minutes per side for a perfect medium rare.
