Pollack and Spaghetti

I love making quick, easy, one pan dishes and I've been doing this with fish a lot lately. It's super simple and very healthy, even my daughter loves it. The fish is mild and gives the sauce a nice subtle fish flavor.

One jar of spaghetti sauce of your choice, I used a chunky vegetable one. Add in the frozen fish while the sauce is cold, add half box of whole grain pasta and 1 cup of water. Put the lid on, bring to a simmer and stir the noodles and fish. Replace the lid and let cook for 8 minutes, remove lid and let reduce, couple minutes more. It's done. Top with parmesean cheese and you're done.
