Salmon Cake Lunch

Haven't been cooking alot lately, been busy busy busy!!  Got done working out today and was starving and craving salmon cakes.

Salmon Cakes
  • 1 Can Wild Salmon
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 TBS Creole Mustard, 
  • 2 TBS Minced onion
  • 1 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
  • Enough Bread Crumbs to bind
Combine all ingredients

Saute' in a little olive oil for about 5 minutes per side.

Serve with a little homemade cocktail sauce and three bean salad for a delicious healthy lunch!

  1. Salmon cakes from canned salmon were a regular entree when I was growing up and I still prefer them to fresh salmon. Your post makes me want some - welcome back.
