These were 'Loin' cut Country Style ribs......they would have been much better had they been the typical 'shoulder' cut Country Style Ribs.
Browned in my cast iron skillet
Added in a little Sriracha, Orange Marmalade, Wolfe Rub Citrus, Brown Sugar and Honey.
Simmered for a little over an hour.....then added 1 TBS corn starch and 1/4 cup of water to thicken......if you've ever had 'Orange Chicken or Beef' from a chinese restaurant it tasted exactly like it!
Honestly the pictures do not do this dish justice........this is a MUST TRY!
Sriracha and marmalade are taking over the world. Yummm. Have you tried different marmalades? In general, marmalade's one of those ingredients where I don't mind spending a bit extra to avoid all the high fructose corn syrup.
