Bratwurst Stuffed Mushrooms

Like I've said before, I love using leftovers to make up new meals or appetizers.

What you will need:
Couple Leftover Bratwursts

10-15 Mushrooms
Shredded Cheese of your choice (I used Mexiblend)
BBQ Rub (I used Wolfe Rub Bold)

Remove stems from mushrooms and place a 1" thick slice of bratwurst in the center.

Sprinkle with Rub

Cover with cheese and bake in a 350º oven until the cheese is melted
