Quick Weeknight Turkey Breast

I had a Dr's appointment yesterday and ended up getting home early, which is very unusual for me to be home that early. So I took advantage and threw on a ShadyBrook Farm turkey breast (enhanced).  They are on sale at Giant until Thursday for $.99lb, pretty good deal.  Cooked over Royal Oak Lump and 1 good size chunk of cherry.
