Pan Fried Soft Shell Crabs - How to Fry Soft Shell Crabs

Ingredients
  • 4 - Soft Shell Crabs (cleaned)
  • 1 Cup - Flour
  • 2 tsp - Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp - Salt
  • Oil for frying
Directions
  • Combine flour, salt and pepper.
  • Dredge crabs in flour and shake off any excess.
  • Preheat oil to 350ยบ and fry crabs for 2 minutes per side.
  • Serve with fresh lemons, as is or on a sandwich.
