- 4 - Soft Shell Crabs (cleaned)
- 1 Cup - Flour
- 2 tsp - Black Pepper
- 1 tsp - Salt
- Oil for frying
- Combine flour, salt and pepper.
- Dredge crabs in flour and shake off any excess.
- Preheat oil to 350º and fry crabs for 2 minutes per side.
- Serve with fresh lemons, as is or on a sandwich.
