How To Make BBQ Pork Spare Ribs with Spicy Maple Butter Glaze

  • 1 - Rack Untrimmed Spare Ribs
  • 2 Cups - Real Maple Syrup
  • 2 tsp - Cayenne Pepper
  • 1/2 Stick - Butter
  • Liberally season spare ribs on both sides with Wolfe Rub Original BBQ Seasoning
  • Preheat grill to 325º and set up for indirect cooking, with apple or cherry wood for smoke.
  • Smoke @ 325º for 2.5- 3 hours or until you can easily slide a toothpick between the bones.
  • Baste the ribs with the spicy maple butter glaze and continue to smoke 15 more minutes until the glaze sets.
