  1. Larry how long do you let this sit before carving or is it ready to carve right out of the oven since it sat there for 2 hours?

    1. Brian, you can slice immediately after you remove it from the oven. It has already rested for 2 hours in the slowly cooling oven. Hop you enjoy! Merry Christmas!
