- 1 lb - Chicken breast (cut into strips)
- 1 Cup - Self Rising Corn Meal
- 1 - Egg
- 1/4 Cup - Texas Pete Hot Sauce (or your favorite)
- 1 tsp - Granulated Garlic
- 1 tsp - Granulated Onion
- 1 tsp - Black Pepper
- 1/2 tsp - Salt
- Combine chicken, egg, hot sauce, garlic, onion, pepper, salt and mix well.
- Add corn meal and thoroughly coat each piece of chicken.
- Place on a lightly greased cookie sheet.
- Bake in a 425º oven for 20 minutes flipping the chicken after the first 10 minutes.
