Garlic Shrimp - Quick, Easy and SUPER delicious

Yum

Recipe

  • 12oz - Shrimp (this was just enough for 2 people)
  • 4 TBS - Butter
  • 2 TBS - Parsley
  • 1 TBS - Olive Oil
  • 1 TBS - Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 tsp - Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1/2 tsp - salt
  • 6 - Garlic Cloves (chopped)


Instructions

  • Heat oil in a heavy skillet over high heat
  • Add shrimp and leave alone for one minute
  • Add salt, garlic, butter, red pepper and saute' for one minute
  • Turn the heat off, add parsley and lemon juice
  • Serve over rice or pasta
  • Enjoy
