Recipe
- 12oz - Shrimp (this was just enough for 2 people)
- 4 TBS - Butter
- 2 TBS - Parsley
- 1 TBS - Olive Oil
- 1 TBS - Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1/2 tsp - Red Pepper Flakes
- 1/2 tsp - salt
- 6 - Garlic Cloves (chopped)
Instructions
- Heat oil in a heavy skillet over high heat
- Add shrimp and leave alone for one minute
- Add salt, garlic, butter, red pepper and saute' for one minute
- Turn the heat off, add parsley and lemon juice
- Serve over rice or pasta
- Enjoy
