Recipe
- 2 cans - Chick Peas (drained and dried well)
- 1/2 tsp - Onion Powder
- 1/2 tsp - Cayenne Pepper
- 1/2 tsp - Cumin
- 1/2 tsp - Dry Mustard
- 1/2 tsp - Cinnamon
- 1/2 - Granulated Garlic
- 1 tsp - Kosher Salt
- 1 tsp - Black Pepper
- 1 TBS - Olive Oil
Directions
- Combine all of the ingredients and mix thoroughly
- Spread out into an even layer on a cookie sheet
- Place into a 400ยบ for 45 minutes or until the chick peas are crunchy and golden brown
