Spicy Roasted Chick Peas

Recipe

  • 2 cans - Chick Peas (drained and dried well)
  • 1/2 tsp - Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Cayenne Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp - Cumin
  • 1/2 tsp - Dry Mustard
  • 1/2 tsp - Cinnamon
  • 1/2 - Granulated Garlic
  • 1 tsp - Kosher Salt
  • 1 tsp - Black Pepper
  • 1 TBS - Olive Oil

Directions

  • Combine all of the ingredients and mix thoroughly
  • Spread out into an even layer on a cookie sheet
  • Place into a 400ยบ for 45 minutes or until the chick peas are crunchy and golden brown
