Salmon Cakes

Salmon Cake Recipe

  • 1-14oz Can Salmon (drain, leave in bones and skin)
  • 1 -Egg
  • 1 TBS - Whole Grain Mustard
  • 1/4 Cup - Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 - Yellow Onion (small diced)
  • 2 TBS - Parsley
  • 1 tsp - Black Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp - Salt
  • 1/2 Cup - Seasoned Bread crumbs 
  • 1/4 Cup - Olive Oil
Directions
  • Combine all ingredients until well incorporated
  • Form into equal size patties
  • Pan fry in Olive Oil over medium heat 4-5 minutes per side
