Salmon Cake Recipe
- 1-14oz Can Salmon (drain, leave in bones and skin)
- 1 -Egg
- 1 TBS - Whole Grain Mustard
- 1/4 Cup - Mayonnaise
- 1/2 - Yellow Onion (small diced)
- 2 TBS - Parsley
- 1 tsp - Black Pepper
- 1/2 tsp - Salt
- 1/2 Cup - Seasoned Bread crumbs
- 1/4 Cup - Olive Oil
Directions
- Combine all ingredients until well incorporated
- Form into equal size patties
- Pan fry in Olive Oil over medium heat 4-5 minutes per side
