Bourbon Chicken Recipe
- 3 lbs - Boneless Skinless thighs (cut into bite size pieces)
- 1/4 cup - Vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup - Bourbon
- 1/2 cup - Soy Sauce
- 1/2 cup - Teriyaki Sauce
- 1/2 cup - Brown Sugar
- 1 TBS - Sesame Oil
Directions
- Add oil and heat until smoking
- Add chicken and saute' until browned, does not need to be cooked through
- Add bourbon, sesame oil, soy sauce, teriyaki sauce and brown sugar
- Saute until the sauce and chicken are combined, reduce heat and simmer 10-15 minutes
- Once the sauce has reduced and thickened slightly, serve with rice and vegetables

EVERYONE IS FORGETTING THAT THE CAJUN CAFE ALSO HAS GRILL CHAR ON THE CHICKEN. IF YOU COOK THE THIGHS WHOLE YOU CAN ACCOMPLISH THIS THEN FINISH IN A WOK. IT LOOKS LIKE I'LL HAVE TO CREATE A FILM SHOWING HOW I DO THIS.
