- 3/4 lb - Sirloin (sliced thin)
- 2 Cups - Cooked Rice (day old)
- 3 - Eggs
- 4 - Dried Whole Chili Peppers
- 1 - Yellow Onion (medium dice)
- 4 - Garlic Cloves (chopped)
- 3 TBS - Low Sodium Soy Sauce
- 1/2-1 tsp - Toasted Sesame Oil
- 1/2 Cup - Frozen Mixed Vegetables
- 3-4 TBS - Vegetable Oil
Directions
- In a large skillet or wok add 1 TBS oil and scramble eggs.
- Remove eggs and add remaining oil.
- Add onions, garlic, chili peppers and beef and stir fry for 2-3 minutes.
- Add rice and stir fry for one minute.
- Add sesame oil, soy sauce, mixed vegetables and eggs and stir fry 2-3 minutes.
