Spicy Beef Fried Rice

Yum
Ingredients
  • 3/4 lb - Sirloin (sliced thin)
  • 2 Cups - Cooked Rice (day old)
  • 3 - Eggs
  • 4 - Dried Whole Chili Peppers
  • 1 - Yellow Onion (medium dice)
  • 4 - Garlic Cloves (chopped)
  • 3 TBS - Low Sodium Soy Sauce
  • 1/2-1 tsp - Toasted Sesame Oil
  • 1/2 Cup - Frozen Mixed Vegetables
  • 3-4 TBS - Vegetable Oil
Directions
  • In a large skillet or wok add 1 TBS oil and scramble eggs.
  • Remove eggs and add remaining oil.
  • Add onions, garlic, chili peppers and beef and stir fry for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add rice and stir fry for one minute.
  • Add sesame oil, soy sauce, mixed vegetables and eggs and stir fry 2-3 minutes.
