9lb Butterball, unseasoned, unbrined and uninjected (besides from Butterball).
She's all done and has a good tan!
Removed both breast lobes and put the wings, legs and thighs in the fridge for something tonight.
Open faced turkey sandwich with giblet gravy. Yes, that's a gizzard on top, my favorite!

That is a gorgeous bird! Nice smoke and great looking sandwich.
