Ribbage

Yum
I got a rack of spare ribs and trimmed them down to St. Louis style ribs, rubbed liberally with Wolfe Rub Original BBQ Seasoning.

Smoked indirect on the kettle with cherry and apple wood.

I'm not a huge rib fan, but these were pretty darn good if I say so myself.
