- 2lbs - 80/20 Ground Beef
- 4 - Garlic Cloves (chopped)
- 1 - Yellow Onion (chopped)
- 2 - Celery Stalks (chopped)
- 3 - Large Carrots (chopped)
- 1/2 Cup - AP Flour
- 15oz can - Tomatoes (undrained)
- 15oz can - Green Beans (undrained)
- 15oz can - Corn (undrained)
- 2 - 15oz cans - Potatoes (undrained)
- 15oz can - Peas (undrained)
- 1 TBS - Beef Base
- 2 Cups - Water
- 2 tsp - Black Peppr
- 2 tsp - Worcestershire Sauce
- Brown ground beef in a large pot (do not drain fat)
- Add garlic, onion, celery, and carrots and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Mix in flour until it's all absorbed and cook for 2-3 minutes to get the raw taste out of the flour.
- Add all of the remaining ingredients to the pot.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to medium low and let simmer for 30 minutes.
