Vegetable Beef Soup - How To Make Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
  • 2lbs - 80/20 Ground Beef
  • 4 - Garlic Cloves (chopped)
  • 1 - Yellow Onion (chopped)
  • 2 - Celery Stalks (chopped)
  • 3 - Large Carrots (chopped)
  • 1/2 Cup - AP Flour 
  • 15oz can - Tomatoes (undrained)
  • 15oz can - Green Beans (undrained)
  • 15oz can - Corn (undrained)
  • 2 - 15oz cans - Potatoes (undrained)
  • 15oz can - Peas (undrained)
  • 1 TBS - Beef Base
  • 2 Cups - Water
  • 2 tsp - Black Peppr
  • 2 tsp - Worcestershire Sauce
Directions
  • Brown ground beef in a large pot (do not drain fat)
  • Add garlic, onion, celery, and carrots and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • Mix in flour until it's all absorbed and cook for 2-3 minutes to get the raw taste out of the flour.
  • Add all of the remaining ingredients to the pot.
  • Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to medium low and let simmer for 30 minutes.
