- 14 oz - Pineapple Preserves
- 1/4 Cup - Honey
- 1/4 Cup - Brown Sugar
- 1/4 Cup Sriracha
- 1 Stick - Butter
- 10 -15 lb - Bone in Smoked Ham
- Preheat grill, smoker or oven to 325º.
- Place ham in a baking pan with butter and cook until it reaches 120º basting every 30 minutes.
- Combine preserves, honey, brown sugar and sriracha until the sugar is dissolved.
- Baste ham every 15-20 minutes with the glaze until the ham reaches 140º.
- Let rest 30 minutes before slicing.
