Chicken Burgers with Feta Cheese and Spinach - Greek Style Chicken Burgers




  • 1 lb - Ground Chicken (mixed meat not all breast meat)
  • 1 cup - Chopped Packed Spinach
  • 1 TBS - Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp - Granulated Garlic
  • 1 tsp = Granulated Onion
  • 1/4 cup - Feta Cheese
  • 1/4 cup - Caesar Salad Dressing

Note: I omitted salt due to the saltiness of the Feta.  Add more salt if desired.

Thoroughly combine all ingredients, form 4 equal patties.  Preheat pan over medium low, add 2 TBS Olive Oil and cook on each side for 6 minutes each or until they reach an internal temperature of 160ยบ.

NOTE: It's important to cook these at a lower temperature to cook the burger through, without over browning the burgers.
