Orange Chicken Recipe (non fried healthier version)
- 14oz Jar - Orange Marmalade
- 1 TBS - Garlic
- 2 TBS - Oyster Sauce
- 4-5 - Dried Chili Pepper
- 1 tsp - Soy Sauce
- 1/2 tsp - Five Spice Powder
- 1lb - Chicken Breast (cut into bite size pieces)
- 1 - Bell Pepper (cut into small chunks)
- 1 TBS - Cornstarch
Directions
- Combine first 6 ingredients in a sauce pan, bring to a simmer
- Add chicken and let simmer on medium low 10-15 minutes
- Mix 50/50 cornstarch and water, add in and stir until thickened
- Turn off heat and add bell peppers just to warm through, you want them to still be crunchy
- Serve over rice and/or with broccoli
