Swiss Steak with Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Talk about easy, cheap, comforting and most of all delicious!  Swiss steak has turned into one of my favorite meals!

    We've fixed this Swiss steak recipe a couple of times and really loved it. Tonight I decided to make a change and made it with boneless, skinless chicken breasts and chicken broth. Wow !!!!
    what a fabulous tasting dish !!!
