Pineapple Sriracha Glazed Ham - Smoked Ham Recipe

Ingredients
  • 14 oz - Pineapple Preserves
  • 1/4 Cup - Honey
  • 1/4 Cup - Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 Cup Sriracha
  • 1 Stick - Butter
  • 10 -15 lb - Bone in Smoked Ham
Directions
  • Preheat grill, smoker or oven to 325º.
  • Place ham in a baking pan with butter and cook until it reaches 120º basting every 30 minutes.
  • Combine preserves, honey, brown sugar and sriracha until the sugar is dissolved.
  • Baste ham every 15-20 minutes with the glaze until the ham reaches 140º.
  • Let rest 30 minutes before slicing.
